"Copa Old Azules": Old Blues Football Club vs. Tojú Club de Fútbol
Tojú Club de Fútbol will play its second international amateur game and trophy of its history. After its last season’s match against the belgian Royal Brussels British Football Club, this time it will play against the English squad Old Blues Football Club of London, that is travelling to Madrid on the ocassion of the Tour they will be doing this weekend around the Spanish capital.
The match, that will the "Copa Old Azules"’ final, will take place this Sunday 29th of May, at 18:00, on the turf field Campo de San Pascual, located at the Esteban Mora street, near the Barrio de la Concepción’s subway station, of the line 7 or orange line.
The English team, composed by players aged 19 to 27, is the football club that represents the Christ’s Hospital, one of the most renowned schools of England that was originally founded in the sixteenth Century. That is why the team is composed of some of their ex - students, known as "Old Blues", same name with which they baptised their Football Club.
Before Sunday’s game, and as a result of the brotherhood between both teams, on Saturday 28th May several members of Tojú Club de Futbol’s squad will meet with the English team in order to show some of our Club’s hospitality.
It will be, without any doubt, a magnificient occasion to play good football.

El Tojú Club de Fútbol jugará el segundo partido y trofeo amateur de carácter internacional de su historia. Tras su encuentro la temporada pasada contra el Royal Brussels British Football Club belga, en esta ocasión se enfrentará a la escuadra inglesa Old Blues Football Club de Londres, que se desplaza a Madrid con ocasión del Tour que harán este fin de semana por la capital española.
El partido, que supondrá la final de la "Copa Old Azules", tendrá lugar este domingo 29 de mayo, a las 18:00horas en el Campo de San Pascual, de césped artificial, situado en la calle Esteban Mora , cercano a la estación de metro de Barrio de la Concepción, de la línea 7 o naranja.
El equipo inglés, formado por jugadores de entre 19 y 27 años es el club de fútbol que representa al Christ’s Hospital, uno de los colegios de mayor renombre en Inglaterra y que fue originalmente fundado en el siglo XVI. De ahí que el equipo esté compuesto de ex- alumnos suyos, que son conocidos como "Old Blues", mismo nombre con el que bautizaron a su equipo de fútbol.
Con anterioridad al partido del domingo, y como resultado del hermanamiento entre ambos equipos, el sábado 28 de mayo varios miembros de la plantilla del Tojú Club de Fútbol se reunirán con la plantilla inglesa a fin de hacer uso de la hospitalidad que se le supone a nuestro Club.
Será, sin duda, una magnífica ocasión para jugar al buen fútbol.
